This site does not have a backend server or database. It cannot store, log, or transmit your driving licence number, date of birth, or any other personal detail you type into the input boxes on this site — there is nowhere on our side for that data to go.
The input boxes on our homepage exist purely as a convenience so you can double-check what you've typed before moving to the official portal. When you click "Get via DigiLocker," "Get via Parivahan Sewa," or "Check DL Status," we simply open the relevant official government page in a new browser tab. Neither DigiLocker nor Parivahan accept your DL number as part of a link, so you will need to re-enter it yourself on their site — this is intentional, and it means your details go directly to the government portal, never through us.
We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page-visit counts) to understand which guides are useful and which need improvement. These tools do not collect your DL number, date of birth, or Aadhaar details, because we never have access to them in the first place.
If this site displays third-party advertising in the future, those ad networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads, in line with their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share any personal document data, because we do not collect any.
Once you leave this site for DigiLocker or Parivahan, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review them, since we have no control over how those government portals handle your data.
